(2) Nursing Situation: Mary was in her mid-20s, and was just starting her profession as an accountant. She had moved to a large city to work for one of the big accounting firms. After a few weeks on the job, she began to have trouble sleeping and eating. Her mind was racing every night when she came home, worried that she had not inputted the correct numbers. After two week of not sleeping or eating, feeling anxious and worried all the time she decided she needed to see someone to get some medicine to help her sleep.
