Currently, the effectiveness of leadership that can improve performance of an organization’s workforce has been changed due to internal competitive environment and different nature and culture of employees. Thus, the following research questions can explore the challenges and factors of effective leadership to improve performance of the workforce of an organization in the present scenario.
