INSTRUCTIONS:
For this project, you will be given the assembly language file that plays the above game, allowing the
user to control the Assemblipede with wasd keys.
Your mission will be to add several features to the game. (see below)
The attached assemblipede.asm file will be your starting point, for anyone who wants to get a head start
on this.
Study the program, experiment with it, to understand how it works. Then start making changes to
incorporate the features listed below. It is fairly heavily commented.
Feel free to send me any questions about how the existing program works.
To run this file, you will need to install the "ncurses" developer package. This 3rd party C library provides
a number of useful functions enabling animation and more graphics-like control of text in a terminal
window. It is a simply library that can be used with C or (in our case) assembly programs, for, among
other things, text-based games.
