After reviewing your individual case study, I am concerned that you may have been veered off the intent of the course/assignment. Last weeks DSM-5 section was focusing on psychotic disorders which is where the vignette's were derived from. The majority of your case study focused on migraines, which isn't relevant within the topic of psychopathology i.e., study of abnormal behavior vs a medical condition.
