The patient is a 15 years old female who present to the clinic with a chief compliant of angry acting out and nighttime sleeplessness. She is accompanied by her aunt who is her legal guardian. Catherine parents are in prison for domestic violence. Patient physical examination is normal. The patient Health Questionnaire Modified for Adolescents (PHQ-A) is administered to patient. This test helps to identify and differentiate if her acting align with five common mental disorders: somatoform, depression, panic, anxiety, eating disorder or alcohol abuse. On the PHQ-A patient denies questions 1.2.4.5.6. and 9 but scores more than half the days (2) on questions 7 and 8; and nearly every day (3) on question3.
