Above is what we had to answer for this week. it is already done. I need to respond to the post below. Your response should be between 250-300 words and in APA format with at least 2 scholarly references.

Yes, I feel that these traits contribute to leadership. A leader should be able to delegate and give instruction to all his or her employees. In Exodus 18:9, 20, it says, “Listen not to my voice; I will give you counsel, and God will be with you: Stand before God for the people, so that you may bring the difficulties to God. And you shall teach them the statues and the laws, and show them the way in which they must walk and the work they must do”. (NIV) We all so see that participating in is a part of leadership. When it comes to helping around the office, school the leader of the company should always have their hand in everything that is going around. We also see that in church where participating in communion it is usually the leaders of the church, during this part of the service. In week 1, we learned that “leadership is a fundamental element of the human condition. Communication is the key, “communication involves more than just one person sending a message to another. This process involves the negotiation of shared interpretations and understanding. In Proverbs 15:1, it says; “A soft answer turns away, but a harsh work stirs up anger.” (NIV) Hackman and Johnson quoted this: “A person does not become a leader by virtue of the possession of some combination of traits, but by the pattern of personal characteristics of the leader must bear some relevant relationship to the characteristics, activities, and goals of the follower (Hackman and Johnson pg. 44)
